Installation
You do not have to uninstall when installing a new version over an existing version.
OziExplorer is not available on the "Android Play Store" so it must be downloaded and installed manually
To install OziExplorer you may need to enable "Unknown sources" on your Android device.
For Android 7 and below
To enable "Unknown Sources" for Android versions less than 8 it must be done in settings.
For Android 8 and above
When trying to install you will be prompted with a popup dialog to allow the permission - On the dialog tap "Settings," then enable the switch next to "Allow from this source" on the following screen. From there, hit your back button, then you can resume installation.
Downloading OziExplorer
Using one of the methods below.
NOTE - In rare cases some browsers download the file as a .zip file, do not unzip it - just rename the .zip file extension to .apk.

Permissions
OziExplorer requires User Permissions to be able to access certain items.
These are the permissions which must be approved,
Location Permission
To show your current position on the map - essential
File Access
Used to load maps and save data - essential.
Phone Permission
There are other minor permissions such as Bluetooth which are automatically granted.
